設施：維護的很好。
衞生：很乾凈，而且酒店內香香的，無異味。
環境：裝修風格很好很用心。
服務：部分工作人員服務很熱情，態度好。
22日23:30左右，不知道哪個房間一直在吵鬧，隔音很差，於是到一樓前台進行反應，問能不能幫忙處理一下，無腦前台拿起電話就打給某房間，告知另房間客人説你的隔壁説你太吵了，希望你小聲一點。？？？換個話術吧，基本溝通做不好嗎。
23日早上8:20左右的時候，還沒起床，房嫂按門鈴，按完門鈴一直敲門，我在房間內問是哪位，房嫂問：你退沒退房？。。。。。。我説沒退，別敲了。
真無語啊，你們前是否退房台沒有記錄嗎？不能自己通知房嫂嗎？？？真是服了。
未來一段時間內會經常去出差，不會再入住。

帶小朋友來寶清縣滑雪住在這裏，房間內出奇的熱睡覺太開窗子。前台很有禮貌，衞生間反味是個硬傷，早餐太簡單了縣城裡的酒店價格在這擺着呢要求就別太高
